not interested in bottle just baby food in jar

My son is 5 months, He is eating jar foodreally well, but no he isno longer interested in bottles. He does get formula in rice ceareal, he does take a bottle at 3pm and at 6pmthen at 8pm but im scared he isnt getting enugh formula.
What can Ido?

  • he should be getting a bottle/milk prior to receiving any solids at all.
    before the age of 1 solids are merely for tasting and testing they do NOT provide baby with all the nutrients he or she needs.

  • as long as he gets one ounce of formula for every hour in the day, he's getting enough.

  • My son absolutely LOVE baby food!! but i make sure that i only give it too him twice a day..once for lunch then for dinner.and he always gets a 4 oz bottle after each baby food feeding...babys around this age need to be consuming about 20-24 oz of formula a day..
