Iam do in aug. With being wintertime what kind of activites can i do?

  • I just saw a 12 week treadmill workout that is cardio on FB that I am going to do, I am excited. But we also go sledding often. We also take walks in the snow. I think it helps get some of my 4 year old daughter's pent up energy out. Today we have also been playing Dance Central on the X-Box Kinect. My son brought it over and it was a lot of fun and a pretty big workout too.

  • i would simply walk... play outside... i just had a baby in jan and honestly i did everything but heavy lifting that i did before i was preggers... my 3 and 2 year olds were outside in the snow, we took walks, walked on a treadmill, and i do yoga athome.

  • i am in your same boat. I usually snowboard 4 times a wk and have not been able to. everyone tells me light exercise and walks outside lame-0 but itll be worth it
