Tooth Fairy Money

DD is ready to lose a baby tooth for the first time. She is my only, so I'm new to this. What is the going rate nowadays for the loss of one tooth?

She will be 5 in two weeks if that matters...

  • I did money at first and was $5 but soon figured out she needed more so instead I started have toys she was wanting on hand and just gave her that instead.

  • My daughter got $5 forher first tooth because the first one is really special, plus the way she lost it was a little traumatic. After that she got $1 per tooth.
