  • Hell yeah! Well just till the kids go to school. I would want a job after that. I couldn't handle staying home with just me. To quiet.

  • No. Because we would both feel that would be wrong. I would go to maybe a part time job though.

  • My DH does...I'm quitting work. First day as a SAHM is Jan 31st, wish me luck hahaha
He's begged me for years, and I finally gave in...however, I have a degree and it would be easy for me to find another job...so, if it doesn't work out. I'll go back to work.

  • It depends. If it required moving, then yes, and I wouldn't bother to look for another job wherever we ended up. But if it was in the same area we live now, I would definitely keep working. I love my job and would do it for free if I could afford to. :)

  • Not trying to be a spoil sport Cloesmom but degrees do not mean so much anymore in this economy.

  • My husband only makes $45k/year and I don't work. We have 5 kids and we do okay on what he makes. If he made $120k we'd be living the good life.

  • oh yeah I would. I have worked full time (and more) since I was 16. I would love to be able to stay home. We live a modest but comfortable life and if he made that kind of money we would be doing GREAT! So heck yeah I would quit in a heartbeat and start doing all the things I wish I had enough time to do.
