  • Do you use any chemicals in your hair.. color, perms, etc? If so, your hair may be damaged and the best thing to do it trim it regularly and treat it. Go to a salon and ask them what you can do for it. They will be able to recommend products that will help keep your hair from becoming more damaged. Also, if you chemically treat your hair, you may want to lay off for awhile or make sure you aren't mixing chemicals that shouldn't be mixed together (there are 2 types of perm chemicals.. an acid perm and a alkaline perm..) if you get your hair permed by one then get it toughed up by the opposite it creates the same chemical reaction found in nair.

  • There is a product called It's a 10 Miracle Hair Mask. I would definitely recommend you try it. It does a terrific job of not only moisturizing and conditioning, but protecting as well. I've found it to be the only thing that truly repaired my hair after breakage.
