  • A Latino style chicken soup using Sazon, cilantro, onion, garlic, pasta and topping it with fresh tomatoes and avocado.

  • Umm . basically any food I make because its all Ecuadorian ...
    I much rather wait until I go back home, which is quite frequent, to eat those foods

    Why? Because it taste better coming right from Ecuador:) ^___^

  • Since the majority of our meals are usually Indian food (Punjabi/Northern India).. Most everything I cook is ethnic meals from scratch.. lol

  • lol 'ethnic food'... we're ovo-vegetarian, so we eat all sorts of interesting things any way including plenty of Indian, Cantonese, and Vietnamese food.
