How can I help my kids adjust?

My kid's dad is in the military so they're used to him always being at work, TDY and deployments. But now that we moved home while he debates on extending his contract or getting out, they seem to be having a very hard time adjusting to our "new life". My eldest misses school, him and all of us being together. I can tell my youngest just misses him. He is more so the diciplinarian and I am having a very hard time adjusting along with my kids. Any tips, suggestions???
