Apples & PB

Is it really healthy for you at this time of night? I am hungry, I had one cup of spaghetti for dinner and that did nothing for me. I wanted to eat more but I made myself throw the rest in the trash (it was leftovers from last night) We have no veggies in the house, and only fruit we have is apples, I have to eat it with something, because I hate red apples!

  • Yeah, It's a great snack. Measure the peanut butter by tablespoon so you don't over do it.

  • It is healthy for you because the protein in the peanut butter makes the carbs burn long and slow,making sure you're not hungry again in a half hour,like after eating just carbs like that spaghetti.

  • Healthy for you it was one of the things I could eat when I had GD when I was pregnant for a snack.
