  • OTC is good. If your OB says it's OK, you can also take Flintstones.

  • I took "Nature Made" ones. (My OB doesn't prescribe prenatals because he says you can get the same thing cheaper OTC.)

  • I know of a lot of people myself included that have taken the flintstones vitamins.

  • Almost any of them. Just be sure they have enough folic acid and iron in them (the Flintstones ones may not). I used the Nature Made ones, too, and I got/get them at Costco.
