  • Call your Dr and make your first appointment! CONGRATULATIONS!!!

  • If you do not have insurance, look into it. It will save you tons of money in the months to come. But call your Dr first and set up a prenatal appointment. You can buy prenatal vitamins at Walmart too. Start eating healthy, if you don't already, and cut out any bad habits like drinking, smoking, etc. Keep exercising too, but don't start a new exercise regime without consulting your ob/gyn first.   • you dont need to go into the dr till about 10 weeks or so. untill then vitmins. if you are getting sick flinstones instead. untill you can get insurance.

  • i have insurance. and yes ill have to set up an appointment. i dont drink or smoke thank god. nasty habits those are. no drugs i hardley take tylenol.

  • Make an appointment with your doctor. Then if necessary, I hate to assume, apply for pregnancy medicaid to help cover costs. Unless you have a really fabulous insurance already, like I said I hate to assume. Other than that BisketLiss has it covered. Congrats mama!!!
