Smoothie before workout?

I plan on going to workout in about an hour. Im really craving a fruit smoothie! Should I go ahead and make one, or is it too soon before my workout?

  • I dont see y it would be to soon. My mom makes a smoothie before she leaves the house to head to the gym. So I do not see why you shouldnt. It could give you energy for the work out!

  • I usually had one after. I'm not sure if it would make a difference since its good for you.
