When grocery shopping do you make out a list or do you just wing it?

I have to make out a list or I forget things.

  • Both. I make a list of what I need but I also buy what "looks good" at the time.

  • I read the cirrcular first so I know what's on sale, go through my fridge and pantry and make a list....but also see what looks good, many things I don't know I need until I see it. I menu plan at least 4 days out, so I make sure to write down everything I'll need for those dinners...
