Low calorie but GOOD, easy recipes

I need some new ideas on what to do for B, L & D. I need quick, easy low calorie meal ideas. I've looked some up on google, but nothing seems to catch my appetite lol.

  • i have a recipie for taco soup, was told it was a weightwatchers. but i don't know! seems healthy enough, though!

1 pound ground meat (pork, beef or turkey)
    1 pack taco seasoning
1 pack of dry ranch dressing mix
    1 can corn
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 cup water
    1 can rotel tomatoes

brown meat, add taco seasoning according to packet. add all other ingrediants and simmer. personally, i prefer mine with cheese, but then it's not low calorie! LOL!!

  • Breakfast:

2 c. plain old fashioned oats
    2 tbsp packed brown sugar
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp flax seed (opt)
    1/4 c. dried cranberries (unsweetened)
    1/4 c. raisins

You can either cook all of this together for 4 servings OR divide the dry combined ingredients into 4 containers and make individually as needed. Each serving is about 280 calories, low fat, high in carbs, but cheap, easy, filling, and you're not hungry again in 2 hours (at least I'm not!)

  • Lunch:

12 grain (whole grain bread), spread one side with mashed avocado (NOT guacamole or avocado dip), the other with whipped garden veggie cream cheese. Layer in lettuce (preferably red leaf or other "fancy" lettuce), sliced tomato, sprouts (I like radish because they're spicier, but you can use clover or alfalfa too), cucumber, and red onion. This makes a HUGE sandwich for about 300 calories, plus you get 2-3 veggie servings for the day. If you want, you can add a few slices of meat to it, but I like it w/o.

    1 5oz tilapia filet
    5 oz raw shrimp, peeled
    1-2 limes
    1/2 an avocado, diced
    1 c. salsa

Juice limes over fish & shrimp. Refigerate overnight. The lime juice will "cook" the fish. (If that wierds you out, you can nuke it for 1-2 min, but any longer & it will get very tough). Cut up shrimp & flake fish. Add avocado & salsa. Serve over 100 calorie tortillas sprayed lightly w/ ol
