I have absolutely no desire or interest in home ownership.. Never have.. I'm 48 years old, I don't think I ever will.. lol

  • Buy... when you rent your money goes towards nothing, but when you buy your mortgage payments go towards a house so your monthly payments are not in vain.

  • Right now, rent. There are no surprise costs. You pay the rent, and the landlord/leasing company is responsible for repairs and the like.

  • Buy, of course. My mortgage payment is lower than most of the apartments around here.
