  • time out and privilege losses. The occasional pop on the butt but it is very rare.

  • lecture, yell and sometimes i kiss and hug them....... there teens so i have to be creative. Not that long ago i made them watch 7 musicals because they couldnt get along so they had to watch the movies together on the couch. =)

  • Time out in the time out chair and loosing privledges. (tried spanking my son when he was young didn't work and so stopped).

  • They get a talking to about what they did, and consequence is either time out (for the little one) the older 2 get grounded or get computer/Xbox taken away-- depending on what they did.

  • my kids are 3&5 and are pretty well behaved. But when they do get in trouble i talk to them face to face about it to make sure they understand what they did was not ok. And if i have to they go to thier room for quiet alone time to cool down .. i think once i poped my lil one on the butt (not hard )

  • The thing that works the best for our 5 year old is to make him go to bed an hour early. And, he has to do it alone. (We always lay with him for a bit at night time). It is way worse than privilege losses.
