  • I saw it one time and never layed eyes on it again until after we signed the papers. The house was literally 4 miles from where we were living (my parents house) but in the month it took for closing I never went back after the first time I looked at it. My husband was sick the day I looked at it. I came home and told him it was the one and showed him the pictures I had taken. He called our real estate agent and told him to make the paperwork for an offer, but the agent refused until my husband could see it. My husband went and looked at it and then made the offer. We got it and we LOVE IT to this day three years later.

  • I didn't see it until I moved in!! I was in Wyoming, packing and selling our old house, my husband started his new job in California and did the house hunting. I had to trust him. Luckily we also had an amazing Realtor who I trusted as well. And, it's a beautiful home.
