  • i BF all 4 of my boys! my youngest is 3 1/2 yo, BF until 18 mos. still trying to work off the baby weight! :)

  • You do burn calories when breastfeeding but it is important to eat healthy and exercise as well.

  • Didn't help me in the least. I am an active person. I breastfed for over a year and I watch what I eat and I can not reach my prepregnancy weight.

  • yes in combination with healthy eating habits, your body uses calories to make breastmilk :)

  • Yes. Most women naturally shed the baby weight with just moving around. I dropped more than the baby weight by my 2 week appt. I was BFing and caring for 4 school aged children on my own though.
