Can it really last this long?

Can a pulled muscle really last longer than a month? I had to call into work this morning b/c i could barely even walk and I work at a daycare so not being able to walk is not a good thing! My boss gave me one of her muscle relaxers but i think it made it worse. This is just awful not being able to do anything strenuous (sp?) :/

  • I'm sorry babe, yes they can last that long.  I end up pulling my chest, back, and sides quite often.  A deep tissue massage can SERIOUSLY help too!

  • I don't think a pulled muscle should last that long. Maybe visit the doctor to see what is going on.

  • I pulled a muscle in my arm shoveling snow last year and it took nearly 9 months and physical therapy to heal correctly. I would see a doctor. Good luck
