  • There is no way i would let my daughter play with those. Thery're minature whores. And anyone who can't see that is blind. Even the baby ones are skanks. It makes me sick that ppl are marketing these to our childen..

  • Not to mention they look more than a little bit skanky.

  • my daughter is now 14 but she got into the brat dolls when she was about 6 or 7. i personally LOVED brat dolls. in our basement, we have a fortune of brats and brat accessories.

prior to loving brats, i loved barbie. i didn't just want a barbie or a brat, i wanted to BE one, lol.

i do think think the male barbies and brats are truly bizarre. i think both brats and barbies should remain single for that reason.

  • lmao my cousin scott who is not 17 says the dolls are whores - he has serious bratz doll issues but I do see where everyone is coming from

  • miniature whores lol. I don't like them, I don't like them but thankfully I only have a boy so I don't have to deal with that yet...I did ask him which looked better when we were looking at the toy catalog and he picked the barbies over the brats dollz.

  • Totally skanky. I would NEVER let my daughter play with them!

  • totally slutty and ghetto IMO. hopefully they'll be out of fad by the time my DD gets old enough to know what they are. i won't even buy them for my nieces at christmas, even if it's what they want.

  • I don't like them, either, though I was (and still am!) a huge Barbie fan! I'm looking forward to having a daughter just to have an excuse to play with them again! Well, not for that reason only...

Bratz dolls seem really pointless to me, though I'm having trouble defending the relevence of Barbie...

  • I agree, they arent cute or appropriate for little girls. I think the people who make them need to look around at all the young girls with self image issues and ask themselves if a Brat doll is what they want their daughters to be thinking they have to look like. My daughter does not play with them they are skanky and id never let her get away with looking like that. They have more makeup than a hooker and wear the smallest clothes, and i thought that little girls around the ages of6 - 13 play with barbies and the sort .. not something i want my child thinking she has to be like.
