  • I dunno but my mother sure did! I can't tell you how many times I heard 'Don't you look at me in that tone of voice!!!'

  • same category. still rude. luckily even with an 11 year old daughter, I have yet to experience it. if it happens, i'd treat it like talking back. tell her it's not acceptable.

  • No. My kids don't do it, but I don't think I would do anything. Maybe say "I saw that!"

  • Yes. My daughter gets sent to her room - she's 9 and it's becoming more common. Teenager years here we come!

  • I usually said when I worked with challenged behaviour children that don't be cheeky. If they realize you can see it and you still behave like it is a cheeky thing than they will stop using it. Or they can go to their room because no-one is interested in rude people. :)

  • Its just as disrespectful and I would treat it the same as back-talking.

  • Only age 8+ or more. I used to do it randomly because it felt kinda neat and adults would biatch at me and it was upsetting. I had no idea what they were talking about. Rolling my eyes? They aren't dice, how could I possibly???
