This might be a silly question, but I am sending my DH a letter, except it's in a brown envelope, the slightly big ones with the bubble wrap inside. Does it have to have a return address? I want him to think it's from a ''secret admirer'', it's for his birthday. And also, do I have to use a shipping label, or can I use regular stamps? It's not heavy at all, maybe a few ounces. Only has a piece of clothing in there and a letter. If so, how many stamps do you think I will need?

Nope, just send it without one, they will deliver it.

For the postage, check the usps site and see how much based on size and estimated weight.
