  • No idea. I normally don't cook on Fridays, so I may pick up tacos and burritos for everyone else and then I'll look at my nutritional log for the day and see where I need to be. (Sunday is my "cheat" day!)

  • For the first time I made salisbury steak.. i know I'm 38... and mashed potates and green beans. wow.. my 4 yo dd told me how much she liked it and how she wants me to make it every night! That was cool....
