  • New to us this year was Star Fruit and Persian melons. The star fruit we loved..the persian melon not so much. We try to find something new as often as we can.

  • Leeks. I use them periodically, particularly in veggie lasagna.
    Bee pollen. I add it to smoothies and to my oatmeal. DS likes to munch on it!

  • Persimmion, Grapples (an apple that tastes like grapes.), Jicama with cayenne pepper on it. I will probably try new foods this year too.
