How to workout with my Toddlers?

Some things I already do is take walk and jump on the bed. Lately it's been cold extremely outside due to Winter. I have thought about looking up youtube videos, but not sure what to look under. Any ideas besides these what I have listed I could do with my toddlers that incorporate strength training & stretching for myself. My oldest is 3.6 yrs old and youngest is 19 months. Something that is actually practical for me. I don't enjoy working out in the morning and during there naps I clean.

  • If you have toddler music or if the kids jam out to your out to that. Have dance activities with the kids. Otherwise, simon says and tickle monsters work together sometimes.

  • Dance, go up and down the stairs, jump rope, do sit ups, etc, anythign they see you doing they will want to try to do too, so it can be fun for them and good workout for you.

  • dance, walking in the mall or stores, cleaning (you CAN make it an exercise as well as cleaning)... stairs, yoga
