Jet Lag

My LO came back from a two week visit in a time zone three hours behind ours. She is still unable to get up and go at her regular time. She goes to bed at her normal time, but sleeps much later.

  • I've heard it takes a day for every hour of time difference to adjust. So, for example, if there was a three hour time difference then 3 days to adjust.

  • try waking her up when she's used to getting up and keep her occuped for a few hrs then have a nap if she gets cranky. you may just need to put her back on a routine.
