I want a recipe for a homemade pizza ?

A good pepperoni or supreme pizza .thanks.

  • We use french bread to make pizzas. Take a long loaf of french bread. Cut it in half length wise and then cut it in half the other way to make 4 pieces. Spread the cut side with pizza sauce and top with your favorite toppings (pepperoni, diced ham, bacon crumbles, italian sausage, diced onion, tomato, peppers, pineapple, etc). Then on top of that shred some fresh mozzarella (the one that is still in a round ball shape, sometimes in liquid). Regular mozzarella will work if you don't have it. Then sprinke some Mrs Dash Tomato basil garlic seasoning on top of the cheese. Toast in the oven at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes til the cheese melts and starts to brown. YUMMY.

  • The following recipe will make enough dough for one (1) approximately 14 inch (large) diameter pizza . You can scale this recipe to any quantity you like and that will fit your equipment. For example, if you want to make 2 large pizzas simply double all of the ingredients.


    2 Cups Flour
    1 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
    4 Tsp Sugar
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Olive Oil
    3/4 Cup Warm Water
    Follow your preferred Dough Mixing method.

  • Here is the pizza sauce---
    6 to 8 Plum Tomatoes
    2 Tbs Chopped, fresh Basil
    2 Tbs Chopped, fresh Oregano
    1 Clove Garlic, Minced
    1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 Tsp Salt
    1/2 Tsp Pepper
    Carefully put tomatoes into a pot of boiling water for 20 seconds.
    Retrieve them with a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl of ice water to cool.
    When cool enough to handle, use a paring knife to remove the core end of the tomato and peel away the skin.
    Cut tomatoes length wise and seed tomatoes.
    Coarsely chop tomatoes by hand or food processor and put into a sauce pan, adding remaining ingredients to the pan as well.
    Simmer sauce for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
    For a smoother sauce blend this best pizza sauce recipe in a food processor until the desired consistency is achieved. The sauce can be refrigerated in a tightly sealed container for a week or two, or frozen.

  • Another grandma;s recipe's---pepperoni

    •1 Videojug, pizza dough ( another choice if u want)
    •half an onion, thinly sliced
    •half a recipe of Videojug’s tomato sauce
    •2 balls of mozzarella, sliced
    •flour for dusting
    •150 g thinly sliced pepperoni
    •salt and pepper
    •olive oil to drizzle
    •1 baking tray
    •1 metal spoon
    •1 rolling pin
    Method of preparation:

    •First of all preheat the oven by setting the temperature to 215ºC.
    •After that roll out the dough and sprinkle some flour on to the work surface and place the ball of dough in the centre.
    •Dust the dough and rolling pin with flour and roll it into a circle.

  • Dust the baking tray with flour and put the dough pizza in the middle. To create a rustic circle push it outwards by fingers.
    •Then, spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base.
    •Place slices of mozzarella on top, followed by the sliced pepperoni.
    •Sprinkle on the onion, season with black pepper and salt and drizzle over some olive oil.
    •Place the pizza into the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
    •After 15-20 minutes, remove it from the oven.
    •Using a large knife, cut diagonally into slices and serve.

    put red sause variety of cheeses, onion chopped tomatoe jalapenos,green pepers and mushrooms. family and home made. peperonni sausage,and parmesan cheese too! bon apettite
