  • Well I'm pregnant again, so no dieting here (I still eat healthy so I won't gain more weight than I should). My diet wasn't so much a diet, but more as of keeping up with a food journal of everything I ate everday and counting calories making sure I would not eat more than 1500 calories a day. I also tried eating foods high in fiber.

  • I loved the Adkins diet, I lost 30 pounds on it. As soon as I get us moved I'll go back on it.

  • I never was on an actual diet. When my pants get snug, I eat less. When they fit again, I resume normal eating.
