Need rut! On ww and now gaining, ughh. any tips on getting jump started back to losing?

  • Are you doing ww on-line? They have a great on-line program with tips and receipes. Just start. Go to the store and get what you need for that first meal and those first snacks. I have been going to the 99 cent store and have been finding all sorts of canned goods for my ww meals. Plus the meals last 3 days sometimes. Just pick yourself up and start over again!

  • Thanks beyondhopes, I just don't know what to do different. Belonged to ww since 1/10, met goal weight...held on for 6 months and now the past 4 weeks...WHAT? Go to meetings, do pp plan, gonna start writing pp pts and the momentum pts this week and see how they compare, good idea?

  • not exercising enough for big muscle gain, yes drinking water all day. stomach feels full, like bloated with gas. yes eating a lot of fiber but it use to just go away in the am and not show a gain.

  • Are you overdoing it on the free fruit? It could be that's the problem - too many 0 point foods. Show your journal to your leader and see if she can help you figure out what the deal is. If you're online only, there are some amazing members on the message boards there who would be able to help great.
