Special K Diet???

Im starting the Special K Diet on Monday. I already bought everything. Does it really work? Has anyone tried it?

  • Initially, but it's not a long term eating plan, just for a week or two to help you jump start, but cereal doesn't tend to stick with you for long and I'm sure many feel starving an hour later and end up overeating to compensate.

    I just stick to 1200-1300 calories a day, with a healthy balance of whole grain carbs, lean protein and fruits and vegetables. Adding exercise to my daily routine and in the last two weeks i've lost 12 pounds

  • Wow thats great!! I always buy the cereal and the cereal bars and I read on the box about the 2 week challeng and I thought It would be a good idea to get me going to lose my lil belly from having my baby. Thanks for the info!!
