  • Parmesan chicken: Mix in bowl parmesan cheese and crushed seasoned dressing, separate bowl, melted butter. Rinse boneless, skinless chicken breast, dip in butter and coat with cheese/seasoned dressing. Roll and place in casserole dish, covered and bake @ 350 for approx. 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 more minutes. I like to serve with a salad & or baked potato. Place potato's in oven approx 30 mins before adding your chicken. Everythings ready at once :)

  • One of my favorites: Thick, boneless pork chops, spread mustard on both sides & sprinkle with a little garlic pwdr. Brown on both sides in a frying pan, put chops in a casserole dish, sprinkle parsley flakes on top and add chicken broth. Cover & bake @ 350 approx. 1 hour. Can also put in crock pot and slow cook all day. So good!

  • To crush seasoned dressing, pour dressing in gallon size ziploc bag & seal, use rolling pin to crush.
