  • We're having that for dinner tomorrow night AGAIN because a mom on here (forgot who) told me to dip the chicken in MUSTARD and then roll it in french's fried onions..... IT WAS TO DIE FOR!!!!!!! I dont care too much for mustard, but it was sooooooo good!

  • I am making Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo tonight :) Brown up the chicken, cook pasta (last 5 minutes add broccoli) and mix together with parmasean cheese and a can of cream of mushroom soup!! I have not made it but I was told it is very yummy, so I am trying it out tonight!

  • i ate boneless chicken breast for dinner tonight. i rolled the chicken in instant mashed potatoe flakes and baked it. YUMMM!! :)

  • * 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
    * 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped shopping list
    * 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme shopping list
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided shopping list
    * 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
    * 1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves shopping list
    * 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
    * 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list

    icken with different ingredients.
    How to make it

    * In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
    * Add onion and saute 5 minutes, stirring.
    * Sprinkle chicken breasts with thyme and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    * Add chicken to skillet and saute 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
    * Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
    * Reduce heat to medium-low.
    * To skillet, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, preserves, vinegar and pepper.

  • Steam them, then shred and add Italian Salad Dressing. Yummy on a bun or rolled up in a tortilla.

  • Chicken Parmesan- breaded chicken breast baked on top spaghetti with tomato sauce with slices of parmesan cheese on top.
    Chicken Alfredo- cut up pieces of chicken breast added to cooked pasta with alfredo sauce.
    Chicken Fajita- cut/sliced pieces of chicken breast seasoned, put in tortia, roll, and eat.
    Shake and bake is awesome too. You can always make home made Chicken Noodle Soup.

    I made some changes and reviewed the recipe...here are my changes:  This was very good and quite pretty, but I did make some changes. I only used 1/4 t of salt. While I cooked the chicken, I put oregano, rosemary and parsley in the wine to soak. I used unsalted butter and put pepper on the chicken before browning. I thought it came out delicious. I served it over brown rice with a side of asparagus.

  • Coat with mayo roll in italian bread crumbs bake at 350 for an hour. Super easy and yummy.

  • butterfly, stuff with drained, thawed froxen chopped spinach, mixed with sauteed garlic and onion and a little feta cheese. Salt and pepper them, then roll in a litle panko and bake.
