  • She's only 1 month so it'll be like that for a bit. My son didn't really get the day and night thing til 6 months or so.

  • welcome to mommy hood lol its going to be that way for several weeks. But now that shes a month old you can start to try and make a routine with her and she will slowly pick it up. During the day when she is awake try and stimulate her to keep her up for longer periods of time even if that means stripping her down to be naked for a bit. in the evening give her a bath and stimulate her to stay awake for a good hour befor you lay her down at night. Good luck and it does get better.

  • Mine had his days and nights mixed up too....she will EVENTUALLY get it straightened out. My DS didn't start sleeping through the night until he was 4 months old! Until then try napping in the day while she is! GL momma!

  • really you just have to wait it out, babies tend to do things in their own time :)

  • Nothing. Babies sleep when they need to, not when parents want them to

  • its normal. 1month old they still think they are in the womb. do you swaddle? that helped her sleep alot when mine was little. mine didn;t sleep regularly at night time until at least 4-5months old. even then she was still getting up once a night to eat. its just time that will be on your side. enjoy those times they go very quickly.
