how can i keep the weight down and not puting it all back on adult content

  • keep moving! Iuse a pedometer to see how many steps I take a day. I try to get more the next day than the day before. Make better choices. If you want a burger and fries get the smaller version. Dont deprive yourself. Don't stress if you put on one or two pounds, just work to get them back off! You can do it!!!!

  • besides moving and exercising as much as possible, before eating drink a glass of water....hear that helps eat less and keep your system clean and refreshed giving you more energy.

  • To maintain wight make sure you are burning the same amount of calories that you are taking in. It really works :)

  • Your diet changes have to be PERMANENT! You can't just take pills for awhile, or cut out carbs for awhile, or take hCG shots for awhile. You need to make PERMANENT lifestyle changes. Eat right and exercise. Stay within accurate portion sizes. Eliminate processed foods from your diet. Make exercise part of your normal routine. Every day, or at least 5 days a week. Cut out beverages except for water (everything else is loaded with chemicals and/or empty calories).
    Go to, and put in your age, weight, etc, and you can see what your caloric needs are for a day, and how much of each food group you should be eating.
