Pre-schooler brush teeth by self?

Does your 3-4 year-old brush their teeth (with you watching) or do you do it for them?

  • I brush first and then I tell him to finshe up and leave out so he can feel like a big boy

  • She can do an okay job but I usually brush it after her she brushes.

  • My DD is 3 and she can do a good job alone but I always do it a second time to make sure every shes good.

  • My Son can do it, but I still assist to make sure He is brushing well enough. Gotta keep those teeth healthy!

  • I let my two year old brush them first, then I take over for a few seconds, and then he finishes. Works well.

  • I agree AJ -- Thats why Ihave been hesitant on handing over the toothbrush!
    Good advice to do it after she does though!
