We have a nice group of mom's and babies that get together once a week, all of us get along great but we have one who is very difficult, she's a one upper, hypochondriac and has no couth. We don't want to exclude her from events however it's getting to the point where a few mom's don't want to come if she's there. Help?

  • LOL Start coughing and sneezing a lot. You won't even have to ask her to go...she'll go on her own. :)

  • Ok, for example. If one of the mom's in our group is happy that her son or daughter has a new tooth or is walking...this mom is very smug and brags her son has been doing it for weeks now. In other words, anything we mention, she's been there done that. She does it on FB posts too, raining on other people's parades.

And as far as the hypochondria...She is always complaining her son has this or that, as if she wants some type of pity party...she's a Debbie Downer in some ways. We were all sympathetic at first but it is getting to the point where she monopolizes the conversation and she's just not pleasant to be around. She's not a germphobe per say but she seems convinced something is wrong with her son all the time (he seems fine...a couple things here and there but nothing out of the ordinary) I don't want to say she has Munchausan because she's intentionally making him sick but she is a bit drama queen...
