I have 1 hour before I start dinner, any good ground beef recipes that are not spaghetti, tacos, hamburgers or hamburger helper?

I'm off to handle mommy duties but will check back before I cook. Thank you in advance for recipes.

  • What about a good meatloaf? There are tons of recipes online. Look what you have for the liquid and Google that and meatloaf.

  • Meatloaf, soup (cook the meat, add frozen mixed veggies, a little tomato or veg juice, or tomato sauce or paste, some water, beef boullion, other seasonings, simmer til hot & veggies are to your liking, add barley or cooked pasta). Sloppy joes. Hamburger steaks, or just cook the hamburger & make some gravy and serve over mashed potatoes. Faux swedish meatballs. Cook pasta, cook meat, add veggies & cream of whatever soup, optional - pour in baking dish, top with cheese, bake til bubbly.

  • Shepards pie?

You mix cooked ground beef with cream of mushroom and pour it into the bottom of a casserole dish. \

Put green beans on top of that.

Mashed potatoes on top of that

Then sprinkle shredded chese on top. Bake until heated through.
