Advise for weight loss

I nusre my baby so I called her dr and he told me I need to eat between 1800-2000 calories per day and I should lose weight. Now my question is I need a few food suggestions that I could eat and still stay within those calories. But they have to be some what CHEAP.

  • Eat lots of fruit and cereals, and Things that have lots of calcium. that what my docter told me. Hope that helps.!!

  • lunchmeat roll ups - basically a sandwich and subsititute the bread for a tortilla, yogurt for snacks, oatmeal for breakfast (keeps you fuller longer), lots of fresh fruit and veggies, stay away from "boxed dinners". -- Good Luck!!!

  • limit your juice intake and drink water, which i think you already are, make juices from fruit in a blender, smoothies.

  • Chicken/turkey/fish....lots of veggies (leafy greens - Spinach/kale/salads)...keep your potassium and calcium milk/cheese/yogurt.

  • Get lots of whole foods, fruits, veggies, lean meats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole grain breads. Always make sure you drink plenty of water!!
