  • Pasta & steamed broccoli with a light alfredo sauce...yum. Or brown rice and grilled asparagus.

  • I love to cut up grilled chicken and put it on a salad, or you can make fetticine alfredo.

  • I would boil some pasta and make a quick bruschetta. Saute fresh garlic and onion, add fresh chopped tomatoes, cook five minutes, add fresh basil. And serve over pasta with grilled chicken.

  • What seams to bring me back home with grilled chicken is coleslaw and corn on the cob. Or mashed potatoes with brown gravy and asparagus with hollandaise sauce. Mmmm... Food memories!

  • I just made baked chicken and Baked Macaroni & Cheese tonight. I wish we could grill but difficult w/ 6 inches of snow :-(
