Do ya give your kids these? or do they get all their nutrients from their food.

  • I give my daughter a Flinestone daily. I do this because she is a very picky eater, and this way I know she is getting all her vitamins even if she doesn't eat well :)

  • im not religious on them but i do give my kids vitamins , multi and wheni think thier getting a bug i give them vit c w/ echinacea. I give them Little Critters They are dye free and natural colored my kids love them i even eat them sometimes they have alot too Multi calcium zinc echinacea vit c omega 3 ones

  • i don't give my ds any but my dd takes an iron suppliment b/c she is slightly anemic

  • I give them to my boys when I remember lol yea yea yea bad mom here.. But I do it as a little help not bc they dont get enough from their food

  • mine take them cause they like them we use flintstones. but they eat healthy meals so the vitiams are just a plus.

  • Mine are pretty active and vitamins seam to make them more active so I only give them vitamins when they're sick or when we ran around a lot to keep their immune system from getting too low.

  • well....since she was a baby her hematacrit has been low, i have to take her to the doctor to check it.....i am very anemic and HAVE to take iron twice a signs are being very tired, grouchy, cold, and sometimes shortness of breath.
