Special Needs Adoption Photolisting Websites?

My husband and I are in the process of adopting a preschooler with Spina Bifida. We have already discussed starting the process again within a year! We were wondering if anyone knows of any websites devoted to special needs children? Thank you!

  • Have you looked at ? There are several children waiting for homes in the US foster system featured there - most of the children do have special needs and are legally free when they're posted.

Best of luck to your family! :)

  • You and your husband are amazing!!!!! Check out your states developmental disability websites. Also try group home websites and they will have links. Good Luck and blessings to u and your wonderful new child!!!

  • Rainbow Kids has special needs photo listings. It absolutely just melts my heart to look at them.

You are typically assigned a case worker who will send you updates via email of children who match your "profile wants" (gender, types of needs you are willing or able to handle, age, etc.).
