  • Cold teabags... fresh cucumber slices...

More sleep, more water, less stress, more exercise --they're cortisol stains, caused by poorly-managed stress (including physical stress, not just emotional and not just 'bad' stress --any kind). Anything can help: yoga, meditation, prayer, tai chi, hypnosis, swimming, snowboarding, eating well, napping...

  • before putting on makeup, I wash my face with warm water, opening the poors to let all the gunk out, then I shock my face with cold water tightening the skinn all around, and keeping the cold cloth under my eyes longer. Cucumber slices or cold teabags all work too. I use the cucumber slices when I take a bath. You could do a home facial day

  • Hi there

I always use Aloette for my skin care so I dont get this issue a lot. I have heard tea bags work but I have used cucumbers in the past and that works nicely as well. Just slice and lay down and place on your eyes for a few min. Breathe deeply as this will help alleviate any stress or at least decrease it

  • I have heard about the tea bags and cucumbers before also. And I've heard that models use Preparation H. Not sure what else would work.
