  • I'm really good at cookies and other baked goods. But if we are talking savory, it would probably be this dish with edamame and coconut rice. Yum.

  • Most things I've tried I can cook pretty well. I suck at omelets (I always break them) and homemade yeast breads, but everything else is fun and challenging unless I'm in a rush with hungry people snapping at my heels!

But I've never had complaints about my chicken and cheese enchiladas, my tamales or my kahlua trifle!

  • I have a number of favorites...if I had to pick a "best", I think I'd go with my meatball Sandwiches, but my guys would probably pick homemade pizza. I also love my Au Gratin Potatoes.
