filing taxes on line for free? do you have safe and correct link?

  • We do ours online through TurboTax. It's free & it walks you through everything. It's super easy, but you kind of have to know about taxes if you don't do the "easy way". They have two different ways you can do it, the easy way - where they do most of it for you, or the longer way, where you fill every little thing out yourself. We do it the long way, because we can deduct more & we usually get more back that way. My Dh knows what he is doing though, so i leave it all up to him. His brother is a CPA, so he's learned how to manuver through tax stuff well. If you don't know anything about filing, you might want to try to do it the easy way.

  •            Choose the free option.  I file online at H&R Block every year for free, never had a problem.
