When you sit, don't cross your legs or ankles ever! When you get a break in class, take a walk and move around. REALLY limit your salt intake. Salt is a killer. When you have to sit for an extended period, put your feet flat on the floor and lift up your legs by your tip toes in repetitions. Make it like an exercise. It keeps blood flowing.
