  • about 3 times per week...really want it to be every day, but right now the time's stretched pretty damn thin =(

  • I walk/jog for 30 minutes every other day (3-4 times a week) to build up my endurance. I'm almost at 2 miles now. (Which is AWESOME since I've NEVER in my life been able to break a 14-minute mile, even in HS)
    On my "rest" days (2-3 days a week), I walk for 15 minutes instead.

  • Definitely not often enough! I haven't even been able to remember to exercise one day a week yet but I'm working on that.
