  • Depends on what you are making. To just bake or roast one. Put a little cooking spray or oil on a pan, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Wash your chicken breasts, place them in the baking pan, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder....whatever your favorite seasonings, spray with a little cooking spray, or drizzle with some oil, and bake for 35- 45 minutes. Use a meat thermometer, or cut open the meatiest part of the chicken, and make sure that the juices are running clear, and not pink to check for doneness.

You can also make oven fried chicken by putting an egg or two in a bowl and beating, and some seasoned bread crumbs on a plate, then dip the breasts in the egg, then dredge in the bread crumbs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet as above, and bake as above.

    Chicken is easy! Enjoy.

  • This is what we are going to have tonight.

3-4 breasts, coat in spagetti sauce, put all in the oven on 350 for 20-25 minutes, place a slice of roma tomato on top of each, sprinkle with motzerella cheese, bake for another 5 minutes. Serve on top of pasta.
