WiiFit Step?

I have been looking at my local stores for something that could make my Wii Fit taller for a better step, but haven't been able to find anything that looks safe. I do the free step while watching TV and the low Wii board doesn't provide much resistance for me.

Have you adapted your board to make it taller? What did you use?

  • I have actually looked into buying something to raise my balance board up and have found something on that may work. I haven't purchased it because I don't use my wii fit as often as I use to.
Go to and look up Aerobic Step Platform for Wii fit. I found one that is about $20

  • My husband bought me a Wii Fit expander pack thing - it came with risers for the step and also some dumbbells that the Wii remote slides into - very handy! It was made by Wii, but not sure where he found it.
