  • I use mom for free no matter hwo long she is here, I just make sure I have munchies and stuff for her to drink. When I have a sitter I usually do 20 a night. The other day I had a sitter for three hrs and gave her 20. We are talkin a nanny this summer and she agreed to 500/month.

  • Depends on how many kids? And for how long? If we need a sitter right now were lucky its just for the two younger and usually my inlaws or oldest dd does it. On occasions they cant she goes to my cousins house but I pay her $40 a night. That usually covered movie, dinner, etc and home by 11pm.

  • For the evening (my teenage babysitter) I pay her about $20 - $25 for the evening. We don't have a set hourly rate, but I do give her more if we are gone longer than expected.

My full time babysitter during the day - $2/hour per child
