  • Pilates, it's worth the money...It's for your core, also yoga

  • I'm 21 weeks pregnant. So, I started jogging, running, walking, and so on. But, my mom suggested that I do squats in between, while resting.

  • So, far the best exercise that I have found for the tummy area is twists. Suck in your stomach causing your chest to lift toward the ceiling and twist left shoulder front then twist the other way with right shoulder front over and over. Then, try walking around the house on the balls of your feet while twisting.

  • The one you enjoy is the best exercise.

    Generally I would say running has been the best things for my abs though.
