  • I am pregnant, and usually work out for about an hour. Before pregnancy it was a little longer. I don't think there is a correct amount of time to work out though... it just depends on what you're doing :)

  • I only go to the gym twice a week for an hour, but I do a lot of walk, approx an hour a day, and then I do some at home training with a PT, mySO lol

  • 1/2 hour cardio, then about another 20 minutes of other stuff, like pushups/pullups, dumbells that sort of thing

  • I workout at home....I do Walk Away The Pounds and the 4 miles I do takes roughly 40 minutes. I'm adding Brenda Dygraf's air stepper workouts to my routine this week and those last about 30-45 minutes depending on which workout you choose. I plan on doing the air steppers 3-4 days a week on top of the WATP dvd I do daily.

  • I don't use a gym, I work out at home with my Wii. Probably 1/2 hour to 1 hour per day.

  • I don;t go to the gym anymore, but I'd do cardio for 45 mins - 1 hour and about 30 mins of weights
